If you’re unsure where to start, go for a mid-range hook size (around 5 or 6 mm) and a material that feels good in your hands. This size is versatile and perfect for many projects.
Stitch Markers
In crochet, stitch markers will help you keep track of specific stitches, changes, or where you need to do something special.
You’ll find 2 main types of stitch markers – locking and open. Locking markers can be clipped onto stitches, while open markers are like rings that can be slipped onto your hook or stitches. Both are handy, so it depends on your preference.
